Senior Radio Network Optimiser
Job Description:
As senior radio network optimizer, you are responsible for all radio analysis & optimization activities. Responsibilities include drive test data analysis, radio network performance data analysis, troubleshooting and proposals for improvement of network performance, RAN parameter setting, project and customer management as well as coordination of internal engineering teams.
Job Experience:
BSc or MSc degree in telecommunications or other relevant field. 6+ years of radio optimization experience. Expertise in LTE/3G/2G radio technology and products. Expertise in post processing analysis tools (Actix, NQDI, NEMO Analyse etc).
Senior Antenna Engineer
> Job Description:
As senior antenna engineer / specialist, you are responsible to all antenna design and development activities. Responsibilities include providing technical specification of antennas and collaborate with our co-development antenna engineers during entire phase of the product development, coordinating with test engineers for various OTA measurement in every build during the R&D development phase, reviewing Type Approval (TA) measurement results with R&D team.
> Job Experience:
Masters degree in electronics engineering, telecommunication or other relevant field in RF areas. Ph.D. is preferred. 6+ years of antenna development, experience of antenna design and simulations, experience of measuring equipments like vector & network analyzers, good knowledge of GSM/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE cellular systems, capable knowledge with Microwave and Electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g. ADS, CFT, HFSS etc), hands on experience with various OTA measurement chambers.
